Dear Campus Operations Team Members,
After a busy first week, I wanted to reach out to you as we begin a new chapter for Campus Operations. It is a privilege to lead this team, and I appreciate all that you and your colleagues have done to build a foundation for our ambitious plans. I am truly thrilled to continue the important work that has started, and to push ourselves further to create a campus that embodies "what starts here changes the world."
In the coming weeks I look forward to meeting all our teams and talking with you as I get to know our operations in more depth. Now, and in the future, I will rely on each of you for honest insights and feedback about Campus Operations, as we set our goals for the future as stewards of UT's campus.
Thank you all for your hard work, and commitment to UT. It has allowed me to hit the ground running. In particular, thank you to Darren Hale for his leadership over the last ten months, for guiding our group through challenging times, and for assisting me in this time of transition.
